We have set out to re-shape the conventional nursery learning system. Mixing of traditional early years learning, with a curious twist! The curiosity approach has been shown to inspire creativity and allow children to use open-ended resources in their own special way. We provide natural and authentic materials within the child’s play to spark imagination, independence, and first-hand experiences. We offer amazing learning opportunities to suit the individual child allowing them to flourish and grow.
Toddlers
From birth, children want to explore the world around them. We expand on this natural curiosity by stimulating both their physical and social needs through play and by offering emotional security with lots of cuddles and reassurance. All toys and equipment have been specially selected to help their development. Childminders are welcome.
We run a fantastic Parent and Toddler group on Tuesday mornings during term time from 9.30am-11:30am. Lots of fun activities, toys and plenty of space to run around. Children from birth up to 4 years old welcome. We serve a range of drinks and snacks for the children and coffee and biscuits for the adults. All just for £2.50.

We also run a 'Music and Mess' toddler group on Thursday afternoon during term time, 9.30am-11.15am. We serve a range of drinks and snacks for the children and coffee and biscuits for the adults. Also just £2.50.
Playgroup
Once a child is two years old they continue on a journey of imagination, creation, exploration, discovery and increasing independence. The Crag Bank Under 5's team provide opportunities where children can explore why and how things happen through cause and effect, whilst increasing their vocabulary.

Pre-School
With our exceptional education programme, the exciting pre-school room will light up your child’s passion for new interests and will spark their curiosity and develop their physical, emotional and communication skills.
We always aim to stimulate the child’s passion and curiosity for life-long learning. Your child will have the opportunity to explore world art and culture, experiment with science and test their ideas, allow their creativity to flow through art and design and explore different media and technology.
Your child will develop their social skills through mutual respect and patience and form meaningful relationships.
